Beats on this page can be purchased (lease, exclusive or custom). For information on purchasing a beat, read the below information. Beats can also be used for demos, or any other non profitable purpose. The approval to use on of my beats for a demo/non-profitable use is done on a case by case basis only.

LEASING RIGHTS ($25): You can now lease any beat on this site for only $25!!!! w/leasing rights you can use the beat for only one profitable commercial recording or broadcast purpose (you will have non-exclusive rights to the beat). This is perfect if you're working on a low budget album. Leasing rights can be sold multiple times by Mad Skrews and the beat remains on the website. Once you have purchased the beat, you can contact me via AOL/MSN Messenger and i'll upload the mastered beat to you. bulk specials are available upon request on purchases made over 3 beats.

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS (300-500): With exclusive rights you'll be able to use the beat for all profitable commercial recordings or broadcasting purposes. Once exclusive rights are sold, the beat will still be posted on the site labeled "SOLD" with contact information on who purchased the beat if the buyer so desires. Exclusive rights are sold to only one user and cannot be resold or transferred to any other party. The distribution of the beat will follow the same regulations as for a non-exclusive beat.
